Awareness is prior to any experience. This Light of Noticing is also called Consciousness or Enlightenment. Enlightenment is not limited to a particular experience of peace, endless love, or great bliss. It is about a total acceptance and the realization that you are aware of your experience already and that awareness is not separate from experience itself.
